柏之(zhi)瑞模塊化(hua)自(zi)(zi)清洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)過(guo)濾器(qi)基(ji)于(yu)模塊化(hua)理(li)念設計(ji),將多個標(biao)準過(guo)濾單元組成全自(zi)(zi)動過(guo)濾系(xi)統(tong)。該系(xi)統(tong)安全系(xi)數高,可按流量需要靈活增加在線單元數量。模塊化(hua)自(zi)(zi)清洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)過(guo)濾器(qi)自(zi)(zi)動化(hua)運行,免人工清洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi),擴展性(xing)強,可外(wai)接高壓反(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)流體,低(di)(di)壓差(cha)工作,采用V-SLOT 濾元,反(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)徹底(di),反(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)耗用液(ye)(ye)體少。模塊化(hua)自(zi)(zi)清洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)過(guo)濾器(qi)能(neng)凈化(hua)流體,保(bao)護后道關鍵設備,也(ye)能(neng)利用其(qi)反(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)排出液(ye)(ye)回收昂貴固(gu)體顆粒。產(chan)品適用于(yu)低(di)(di)粘性(xing)液(ye)(ye)體,如:原水、污水、汽油(you)(you)、重型焦化(hua)汽油(you)(you)、柴(chai)油(you)(you)、渣(zha)油(you)(you)等。
模塊化自清洗過(guo)濾器細分為四個系(xi)列:
MDS-CFR系(xi)列,濾液(ye)自(zi)動(dong)反沖(chong)洗(xi)型(xing),利用其他(ta)過濾單元(yuan)的濾液(ye)逆流來沖(chong)洗(xi)濾元(yuan)外(wai)表面(mian)濾餅;MDS-CFV系(xi)列,外(wai)接流體自(zi)動(dong)反沖(chong)洗(xi),利用外(wai)接的潔凈流體(液(ye)體或氣體)沖(chong)洗(xi)濾元(yuan)表面(mian)濾餅;MDS-CFT系(xi)列,濾液(ye)手(shou)動(dong)反沖(chong)洗(xi)型(xing);MDS-CFG系(xi)列,外(wai)接流體手(shou)動(dong)反沖(chong)洗(xi)型(xing)。
模塊化自清洗(xi)過(guo)濾器(qi)工(gong)作原理:
液(ye)體(ti)(ti)從入口(kou)總(zong)管流入,進入到(dao)(dao)各(ge)個過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)的入口(kou), 液(ye)體(ti)(ti)從外(wai)向內透(tou)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)元(yuan)外(wai)表面,流向各(ge)個過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)出口(kou),匯(hui)聚到(dao)(dao)出口(kou)總(zong)管后流出,顆(ke)粒雜質被攔截在(zai)濾(lv)(lv)元(yuan)外(wai)表面,累(lei)積(ji)形(xing)成濾(lv)(lv)餅,當過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)壓差逐(zhu)漸升高(gao)達到(dao)(dao)預設值時(shi)(通常為70-130Kpa),或者清(qing)洗(xi)(xi)時(shi)間周期到(dao)(dao)時(shi),控(kong)制系統啟動反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)動作,對每個過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)逐(zhu)一反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi),整個反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)過(guo)程完成,當某一過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)被反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)時(shi),其他(ta)單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)仍正常過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)。根(gen)據反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)液(ye)體(ti)(ti)來源不同,反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)方式分為:濾(lv)(lv)出清(qing)液(ye)反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)型、外(wai)接清(qing)液(ye)反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)型。反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)原理如下(xia):
濾(lv)出清液反(fan)沖型:
過(guo)濾時:進出口閥(fa)門打開,反(fan)洗閥(fa)門關(guan)閉。
反沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)時(shi):控制(zhi)系(xi)統關(guan)閉一個過濾(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)的進口(kou)閥(fa)門,同時(shi)打開反沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)閥(fa),由于在(zai)濾(lv)元(yuan)內部和(he)反沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)出(chu)口(kou)(連(lian)接大(da)氣)之(zhi)間存在(zai)壓(ya)差,其它過濾(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)的部分濾(lv)出(chu)清液(ye)(ye)會流向這個過濾(lv)單(dan)元(yuan),迅速反沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)濾(lv)元(yuan),把(ba)濾(lv)元(yuan)外表面的雜質沖(chong)(chong)掉,經反沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)總管排走,然(ran)后(hou)關(guan)閉反沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)閥(fa)并(bing)打開進口(kou)控制(zhi)閥(fa)進行繼續(xu)過濾(lv)作業;此時(shi)控制(zhi)系(xi)統對下一個過濾(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)執行一樣的反沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)動(dong)作,直到逐一反沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)完所有過濾(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)。濾(lv)出(chu)清液(ye)(ye)反沖(chong)(chong)型,適用于水及(ji)低粘(zhan)性(xing)液(ye)(ye)體(ti),入口(kou)壓(ya)力要求大(da)于0.3Mpa(視精度、粘(zhan)度而有一定(ding)差異)。
外接清液(ye)反沖型:
過濾時:進出口閥門打開,反洗(xi)進出口控制(zhi)閥門關閉。
反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)時(shi):控(kong)制(zhi)系(xi)統(tong)關(guan)閉一(yi)(yi)個過濾單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)的(de)進(jin)口(kou)閥門(men)和(he)出(chu)口(kou)閥門(men),打開反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)入(ru)口(kou)閥門(men)和(he)出(chu)口(kou)閥門(men),利用外接清潔液(ye)體(ti)或氣(qi)體(ti)反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)濾元(yuan)(yuan),把濾元(yuan)(yuan)外表面的(de)雜(za)質沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)掉,經反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)總管排走,然后關(guan)閉反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)進(jin)出(chu)口(kou)閥,打開液(ye)體(ti)進(jin)出(chu)口(kou)閥進(jin)行繼(ji)續過濾作(zuo)業;控(kong)制(zhi)系(xi)統(tong)對下一(yi)(yi)個過濾單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)執行一(yi)(yi)樣的(de)反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)動作(zuo),直到逐一(yi)(yi)反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)完所有過濾單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)。外接清液(ye)反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)型(xing),適用于粘性稍高的(de)液(ye)體(ti),或入(ru)口(kou)壓力小(xiao)于0.3Mpa的(de)場合(視精度、粘度而有一(yi)(yi)定(ding)差異)。

MDS-CF過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)器(qi)配備V-SLOT縫隙型(xing)精密金屬濾(lv)(lv)元,濾(lv)(lv)元有兩種可(ke)選,A型(xing)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)面(mian)積0.267平方米(mi)(mi);B型(xing)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)面(mian)積0.314平方米(mi)(mi),B型(xing)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)面(mian)積比A型(xing)多17%,適用小于100微(wei)米(mi)(mi)以下的過(guo)濾(lv)(lv),過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)器(qi)可(ke)以更緊湊(cou),A型(xing)適用大于100微(wei)米(mi)(mi)以上的過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)。
