柏(bo)之瑞模塊(kuai)化(hua)自清(qing)(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)過濾器基于模塊(kuai)化(hua)理念設(she)計,將多個標準過濾單(dan)元組成(cheng)全(quan)自動(dong)(dong)過濾系統。該系統安(an)全(quan)系數高,可按流(liu)量需(xu)要靈活增(zeng)加(jia)在線單(dan)元數量。模塊(kuai)化(hua)自清(qing)(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)過濾器自動(dong)(dong)化(hua)運行(xing),免(mian)人工清(qing)(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi),擴展性強,可外接高壓反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)流(liu)體(ti)(ti),低(di)壓差工作,采用(yong)(yong)V-SLOT 濾元,反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)徹(che)底,反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)耗用(yong)(yong)液體(ti)(ti)少。模塊(kuai)化(hua)自清(qing)(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)過濾器能凈化(hua)流(liu)體(ti)(ti),保(bao)護后道關(guan)鍵(jian)設(she)備,也能利用(yong)(yong)其反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)排出液回收昂貴固體(ti)(ti)顆粒。產品適用(yong)(yong)于低(di)粘性液體(ti)(ti),如:原水、污水、汽油(you)(you)、重型焦化(hua)汽油(you)(you)、柴油(you)(you)、渣(zha)油(you)(you)等。
模塊化自清洗過濾(lv)器(qi)細分為四個系(xi)列:
MDS-CFR系(xi)(xi)列(lie),濾(lv)(lv)液(ye)(ye)自動反沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)型(xing),利用其他過濾(lv)(lv)單元的(de)(de)濾(lv)(lv)液(ye)(ye)逆流來沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)濾(lv)(lv)元外(wai)表面(mian)濾(lv)(lv)餅(bing);MDS-CFV系(xi)(xi)列(lie),外(wai)接流體自動反沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi),利用外(wai)接的(de)(de)潔凈流體(液(ye)(ye)體或(huo)氣體)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)濾(lv)(lv)元表面(mian)濾(lv)(lv)餅(bing);MDS-CFT系(xi)(xi)列(lie),濾(lv)(lv)液(ye)(ye)手(shou)(shou)動反沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)型(xing);MDS-CFG系(xi)(xi)列(lie),外(wai)接流體手(shou)(shou)動反沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)型(xing)。
模塊化(hua)自清洗過(guo)濾器工(gong)作(zuo)原理(li):
液(ye)體從入口(kou)總管(guan)流(liu)入,進入到(dao)各個(ge)過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單元的入口(kou), 液(ye)體從外向內透(tou)過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)元外表面(mian),流(liu)向各個(ge)過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單元出(chu)口(kou),匯聚到(dao)出(chu)口(kou)總管(guan)后流(liu)出(chu),顆粒雜質被攔截(jie)在濾(lv)(lv)元外表面(mian),累積形成濾(lv)(lv)餅,當過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)壓差逐(zhu)漸升高達到(dao)預設值時(通常為70-130Kpa),或者清洗時間(jian)周(zhou)期到(dao)時,控(kong)制系(xi)統啟動反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗動作,對(dui)每個(ge)過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單元逐(zhu)一(yi)反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗,整個(ge)反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)過(guo)(guo)(guo)程完成,當某一(yi)過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單元被反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)時,其他單元仍正常過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)。根據反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗液(ye)體來源不(bu)同,反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)方(fang)式分為:濾(lv)(lv)出(chu)清液(ye)反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)型、外接清液(ye)反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)型。反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗原理如下:
濾出清(qing)液反沖型:
過(guo)濾時(shi):進出口閥門打開,反洗閥門關閉。
反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)時(shi):控(kong)制(zhi)系(xi)統關(guan)閉一(yi)(yi)個過(guo)濾(lv)單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)的(de)進口閥(fa)門,同時(shi)打(da)開(kai)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)閥(fa),由于在(zai)濾(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)內部和反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)出(chu)口(連接(jie)大(da)氣)之間存在(zai)壓差(cha),其它過(guo)濾(lv)單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)的(de)部分(fen)濾(lv)出(chu)清液會(hui)流向這個過(guo)濾(lv)單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan),迅速(su)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)濾(lv)元(yuan)(yuan),把濾(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)外表面(mian)的(de)雜質沖(chong)(chong)(chong)掉,經反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)總管排走,然后關(guan)閉反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)閥(fa)并打(da)開(kai)進口控(kong)制(zhi)閥(fa)進行繼續過(guo)濾(lv)作業;此(ci)時(shi)控(kong)制(zhi)系(xi)統對下一(yi)(yi)個過(guo)濾(lv)單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)執行一(yi)(yi)樣的(de)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)動作,直到逐一(yi)(yi)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)完(wan)所(suo)有(you)過(guo)濾(lv)單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)。濾(lv)出(chu)清液反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)型,適用于水及低(di)粘性液體,入口壓力要求大(da)于0.3Mpa(視精度、粘度而有(you)一(yi)(yi)定差(cha)異)。
外接清液反沖型:
過濾時:進(jin)出口閥門打開(kai),反洗進(jin)出口控制閥門關閉。
反(fan)沖洗(xi)(xi)時:控(kong)制系(xi)統(tong)關(guan)閉一個(ge)過(guo)濾(lv)單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)的(de)進(jin)口(kou)(kou)(kou)閥(fa)門(men)和(he)出(chu)口(kou)(kou)(kou)閥(fa)門(men),打開反(fan)沖洗(xi)(xi)入(ru)(ru)口(kou)(kou)(kou)閥(fa)門(men)和(he)出(chu)口(kou)(kou)(kou)閥(fa)門(men),利用外接(jie)清潔(jie)液(ye)體或氣體反(fan)沖洗(xi)(xi)濾(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan),把濾(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)外表面的(de)雜質沖洗(xi)(xi)掉,經反(fan)沖洗(xi)(xi)總管排(pai)走(zou),然后關(guan)閉反(fan)沖洗(xi)(xi)進(jin)出(chu)口(kou)(kou)(kou)閥(fa),打開液(ye)體進(jin)出(chu)口(kou)(kou)(kou)閥(fa)進(jin)行繼續(xu)過(guo)濾(lv)作(zuo)業;控(kong)制系(xi)統(tong)對下(xia)一個(ge)過(guo)濾(lv)單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)執行一樣的(de)反(fan)沖洗(xi)(xi)動作(zuo),直到逐一反(fan)沖洗(xi)(xi)完所有過(guo)濾(lv)單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)。外接(jie)清液(ye)反(fan)沖型,適(shi)用于粘性稍(shao)高的(de)液(ye)體,或入(ru)(ru)口(kou)(kou)(kou)壓力小于0.3Mpa的(de)場(chang)合(視精度(du)、粘度(du)而有一定差異)。

MDS-CF過濾(lv)器配備V-SLOT縫隙型(xing)精密(mi)金屬濾(lv)元,濾(lv)元有兩種可選(xuan),A型(xing)過濾(lv)面(mian)積(ji)0.267平方米(mi);B型(xing)過濾(lv)面(mian)積(ji)0.314平方米(mi),B型(xing)過濾(lv)面(mian)積(ji)比(bi)A型(xing)多17%,適(shi)用(yong)(yong)小于(yu)(yu)100微(wei)米(mi)以下的(de)過濾(lv),過濾(lv)器可以更緊湊,A型(xing)適(shi)用(yong)(yong)大于(yu)(yu)100微(wei)米(mi)以上的(de)過濾(lv)。
