柏(bo)之瑞模(mo)塊(kuai)化(hua)(hua)自(zi)清洗(xi)(xi)(xi)過(guo)濾(lv)器基于模(mo)塊(kuai)化(hua)(hua)理念設計,將多(duo)個(ge)標(biao)準過(guo)濾(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)組(zu)成全自(zi)動過(guo)濾(lv)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)。該(gai)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)安全系(xi)(xi)數(shu)(shu)高(gao),可按流(liu)(liu)(liu)量需(xu)要靈活增加在(zai)線單(dan)元(yuan)數(shu)(shu)量。模(mo)塊(kuai)化(hua)(hua)自(zi)清洗(xi)(xi)(xi)過(guo)濾(lv)器自(zi)動化(hua)(hua)運行,免人工清洗(xi)(xi)(xi),擴展性強(qiang),可外(wai)接高(gao)壓反沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)流(liu)(liu)(liu)體,低壓差工作,采用V-SLOT 濾(lv)元(yuan),反沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)徹底,反沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)耗用液(ye)體少。模(mo)塊(kuai)化(hua)(hua)自(zi)清洗(xi)(xi)(xi)過(guo)濾(lv)器能凈化(hua)(hua)流(liu)(liu)(liu)體,保護后道(dao)關鍵設備,也(ye)能利(li)用其反沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)排出液(ye)回收昂貴固(gu)體顆粒。產品適用于低粘性液(ye)體,如:原水、污水、汽(qi)油、重型焦化(hua)(hua)汽(qi)油、柴油、渣(zha)油等(deng)。
模(mo)塊化自清洗(xi)過濾器細分為四個(ge)系(xi)列:
MDS-CFR系列(lie),濾(lv)(lv)液(ye)自動(dong)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)型,利用其他過濾(lv)(lv)單元(yuan)的(de)(de)濾(lv)(lv)液(ye)逆流(liu)來沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)濾(lv)(lv)元(yuan)外(wai)表面(mian)濾(lv)(lv)餅(bing);MDS-CFV系列(lie),外(wai)接流(liu)體(ti)自動(dong)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi),利用外(wai)接的(de)(de)潔凈流(liu)體(ti)(液(ye)體(ti)或氣體(ti))沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)濾(lv)(lv)元(yuan)表面(mian)濾(lv)(lv)餅(bing);MDS-CFT系列(lie),濾(lv)(lv)液(ye)手(shou)動(dong)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)型;MDS-CFG系列(lie),外(wai)接流(liu)體(ti)手(shou)動(dong)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)型。
模塊化自清洗過濾(lv)器工作原(yuan)理:
液(ye)體從入口總(zong)管流(liu)入,進入到(dao)各(ge)個(ge)過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)的入口, 液(ye)體從外(wai)向(xiang)內透過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)外(wai)表(biao)面,流(liu)向(xiang)各(ge)個(ge)過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)出口,匯聚到(dao)出口總(zong)管后(hou)流(liu)出,顆粒(li)雜質被(bei)攔(lan)截在濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)外(wai)表(biao)面,累積形成濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)餅,當(dang)過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)壓差逐漸升高(gao)達到(dao)預設值時(通常為70-130Kpa),或者(zhe)清(qing)(qing)洗時間(jian)周期(qi)到(dao)時,控制系統(tong)啟動反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗動作,對(dui)每個(ge)過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)逐一反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗,整個(ge)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)過(guo)(guo)(guo)程完成,當(dang)某一過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)被(bei)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)時,其他(ta)單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)仍正常過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)。根據反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗液(ye)體來源不同(tong),反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)方式分為:濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)出清(qing)(qing)液(ye)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)型(xing)、外(wai)接清(qing)(qing)液(ye)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)型(xing)。反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗原理(li)如下:
濾出清(qing)液(ye)反沖(chong)型:
過濾時(shi):進(jin)出口(kou)閥(fa)(fa)門打開,反洗閥(fa)(fa)門關(guan)閉。
反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)時(shi):控制(zhi)系統關閉一(yi)個過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)的進(jin)口閥門,同時(shi)打開反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)閥,由于(yu)(yu)在濾(lv)(lv)元(yuan)內部和反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)出口(連接大(da)氣)之間存在壓差,其它過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)的部分濾(lv)(lv)出清(qing)液(ye)會流向這個過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)(dan)元(yuan),迅速反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)濾(lv)(lv)元(yuan),把濾(lv)(lv)元(yuan)外(wai)表面(mian)的雜質沖(chong)掉,經(jing)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)總管排(pai)走(zou),然(ran)后(hou)關閉反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)閥并打開進(jin)口控制(zhi)閥進(jin)行(xing)繼(ji)續過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)作(zuo)(zuo)業;此時(shi)控制(zhi)系統對(dui)下一(yi)個過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)執行(xing)一(yi)樣(yang)的反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)動作(zuo)(zuo),直到逐一(yi)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)完所有過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)。濾(lv)(lv)出清(qing)液(ye)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)型,適用于(yu)(yu)水及低粘性(xing)液(ye)體,入口壓力要求大(da)于(yu)(yu)0.3Mpa(視精(jing)度、粘度而(er)有一(yi)定差異)。
外接清(qing)液反沖(chong)型:
過(guo)濾時:進出口(kou)閥(fa)門(men)打開(kai),反洗進出口(kou)控制閥(fa)門(men)關閉。
反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗時:控制系(xi)(xi)統關(guan)閉(bi)一(yi)個過濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)的(de)(de)進口閥門(men)和(he)出口閥門(men),打開反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗入口閥門(men)和(he)出口閥門(men),利用外接清潔液(ye)體或氣體反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗濾(lv)(lv)元(yuan)(yuan),把濾(lv)(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)外表面的(de)(de)雜質沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗掉,經反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗總管(guan)排(pai)走,然后(hou)關(guan)閉(bi)反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗進出口閥,打開液(ye)體進出口閥進行繼續過濾(lv)(lv)作業;控制系(xi)(xi)統對下一(yi)個過濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)執行一(yi)樣的(de)(de)反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗動作,直(zhi)到逐一(yi)反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗完所有過濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)。外接清液(ye)反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)型(xing),適用于粘(zhan)性稍高的(de)(de)液(ye)體,或入口壓力小于0.3Mpa的(de)(de)場合(he)(視(shi)精(jing)度、粘(zhan)度而有一(yi)定差異)。

MDS-CF過(guo)(guo)濾器配(pei)備V-SLOT縫(feng)隙型(xing)精密金屬濾元,濾元有(you)兩種可選(xuan),A型(xing)過(guo)(guo)濾面積0.267平(ping)(ping)方米;B型(xing)過(guo)(guo)濾面積0.314平(ping)(ping)方米,B型(xing)過(guo)(guo)濾面積比A型(xing)多17%,適用(yong)小于(yu)100微米以(yi)下(xia)的過(guo)(guo)濾,過(guo)(guo)濾器可以(yi)更(geng)緊(jin)湊,A型(xing)適用(yong)大于(yu)100微米以(yi)上(shang)的過(guo)(guo)濾。
