柏(bo)之瑞模(mo)(mo)塊(kuai)化(hua)(hua)自清(qing)洗(xi)過(guo)(guo)濾器基(ji)于模(mo)(mo)塊(kuai)化(hua)(hua)理念(nian)設計,將多(duo)個(ge)標準過(guo)(guo)濾單(dan)(dan)元組成全(quan)自動過(guo)(guo)濾系(xi)統(tong)。該系(xi)統(tong)安全(quan)系(xi)數高,可按流量(liang)需(xu)要(yao)靈活增加(jia)在線單(dan)(dan)元數量(liang)。模(mo)(mo)塊(kuai)化(hua)(hua)自清(qing)洗(xi)過(guo)(guo)濾器自動化(hua)(hua)運行,免人工清(qing)洗(xi),擴展性強,可外接高壓反(fan)(fan)沖洗(xi)流體(ti)(ti)(ti),低壓差工作,采用(yong)V-SLOT 濾元,反(fan)(fan)沖洗(xi)徹底,反(fan)(fan)沖洗(xi)耗用(yong)液(ye)體(ti)(ti)(ti)少。模(mo)(mo)塊(kuai)化(hua)(hua)自清(qing)洗(xi)過(guo)(guo)濾器能(neng)凈化(hua)(hua)流體(ti)(ti)(ti),保護后道(dao)關鍵設備,也能(neng)利用(yong)其反(fan)(fan)沖洗(xi)排出液(ye)回收(shou)昂貴固體(ti)(ti)(ti)顆粒。產品適用(yong)于低粘性液(ye)體(ti)(ti)(ti),如:原水(shui)、污水(shui)、汽(qi)油(you)、重型焦化(hua)(hua)汽(qi)油(you)、柴油(you)、渣油(you)等。
模塊化(hua)自(zi)清(qing)洗過濾器細(xi)分為(wei)四(si)個系列(lie):
MDS-CFR系(xi)列,濾液自(zi)動反(fan)沖(chong)洗型,利(li)用其(qi)他過(guo)濾單(dan)元的濾液逆流(liu)來沖(chong)洗濾元外(wai)(wai)表(biao)面濾餅;MDS-CFV系(xi)列,外(wai)(wai)接流(liu)體自(zi)動反(fan)沖(chong)洗,利(li)用外(wai)(wai)接的潔(jie)凈流(liu)體(液體或氣(qi)體)沖(chong)洗濾元表(biao)面濾餅;MDS-CFT系(xi)列,濾液手動反(fan)沖(chong)洗型;MDS-CFG系(xi)列,外(wai)(wai)接流(liu)體手動反(fan)沖(chong)洗型。
模塊化自清洗過濾器工作原理:
液(ye)(ye)(ye)體從(cong)入(ru)口(kou)(kou)總(zong)管流入(ru),進入(ru)到(dao)各(ge)個(ge)過濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)的入(ru)口(kou)(kou), 液(ye)(ye)(ye)體從(cong)外向內透過濾(lv)(lv)元(yuan)外表(biao)面(mian),流向各(ge)個(ge)過濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)出(chu)口(kou)(kou),匯聚到(dao)出(chu)口(kou)(kou)總(zong)管后流出(chu),顆粒雜質被(bei)(bei)攔(lan)截(jie)在濾(lv)(lv)元(yuan)外表(biao)面(mian),累(lei)積形成濾(lv)(lv)餅,當過濾(lv)(lv)壓(ya)差逐(zhu)漸升高達到(dao)預設(she)值(zhi)時(shi)(通常為(wei)70-130Kpa),或者清洗時(shi)間周期到(dao)時(shi),控制系統(tong)啟(qi)動反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗動作,對(dui)每個(ge)過濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)逐(zhu)一(yi)反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗,整個(ge)反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)過程完成,當某一(yi)過濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)被(bei)(bei)反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)時(shi),其他單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)仍正(zheng)常過濾(lv)(lv)。根據反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗液(ye)(ye)(ye)體來源不同,反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)方式分為(wei):濾(lv)(lv)出(chu)清液(ye)(ye)(ye)反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)型、外接(jie)清液(ye)(ye)(ye)反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)型。反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗原理如下:
濾(lv)出清液(ye)反沖型(xing):
過濾(lv)時:進出口閥(fa)門打(da)開,反洗閥(fa)門關閉。
反沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)時:控(kong)(kong)制系統(tong)關(guan)閉一(yi)(yi)個過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單元(yuan)的進口(kou)閥門,同時打(da)開反沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)閥,由于(yu)在濾(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan)內部(bu)和反沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)出口(kou)(連接大氣)之間存(cun)在壓差,其它過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單元(yuan)的部(bu)分濾(lv)(lv)(lv)出清液會流向這個過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單元(yuan),迅速反沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan),把濾(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan)外表面的雜質沖(chong)(chong)掉,經反沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)總管排走,然后關(guan)閉反沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)閥并(bing)打(da)開進口(kou)控(kong)(kong)制閥進行繼續過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)作業;此(ci)時控(kong)(kong)制系統(tong)對下(xia)一(yi)(yi)個過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單元(yuan)執行一(yi)(yi)樣的反沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)動作,直到逐(zhu)一(yi)(yi)反沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)完所(suo)有過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單元(yuan)。濾(lv)(lv)(lv)出清液反沖(chong)(chong)型,適用(yong)于(yu)水及低(di)粘性液體,入口(kou)壓力要求大于(yu)0.3Mpa(視精度、粘度而有一(yi)(yi)定(ding)差異)。
外(wai)接清液反沖型(xing):
過濾(lv)時:進出(chu)口閥門(men)打開,反洗進出(chu)口控制閥門(men)關閉。
反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)時:控制(zhi)系統關(guan)閉一(yi)個過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)的(de)進(jin)(jin)口(kou)閥門和出(chu)(chu)口(kou)閥門,打開(kai)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)入口(kou)閥門和出(chu)(chu)口(kou)閥門,利用(yong)外(wai)接清潔(jie)液(ye)體(ti)或氣體(ti)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan),把濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan)外(wai)表(biao)面(mian)的(de)雜質(zhi)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)掉(diao),經反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)總(zong)管排走(zou),然后關(guan)閉反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)進(jin)(jin)出(chu)(chu)口(kou)閥,打開(kai)液(ye)體(ti)進(jin)(jin)出(chu)(chu)口(kou)閥進(jin)(jin)行繼續過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)作業;控制(zhi)系統對下(xia)一(yi)個過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)執行一(yi)樣的(de)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)動作,直到逐一(yi)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)完所(suo)有過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)。外(wai)接清液(ye)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)型,適用(yong)于(yu)粘(zhan)性(xing)稍(shao)高(gao)的(de)液(ye)體(ti),或入口(kou)壓力小于(yu)0.3Mpa的(de)場合(視精度(du)、粘(zhan)度(du)而有一(yi)定差異)。

MDS-CF過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)器配備(bei)V-SLOT縫隙型精(jing)密金(jin)屬濾(lv)(lv)元,濾(lv)(lv)元有兩種可(ke)選(xuan),A型過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)面積0.267平方(fang)米(mi);B型過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)面積0.314平方(fang)米(mi),B型過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)面積比A型多(duo)17%,適(shi)用小于(yu)(yu)100微米(mi)以下(xia)的過(guo)濾(lv)(lv),過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)器可(ke)以更緊(jin)湊,A型適(shi)用大(da)于(yu)(yu)100微米(mi)以上的過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)。
