柏之瑞模(mo)塊化(hua)(hua)自清洗(xi)(xi)過濾器(qi)(qi)基于(yu)模(mo)塊化(hua)(hua)理念設計,將多個標準(zhun)過濾單元(yuan)(yuan)組成全(quan)自動(dong)過濾系統(tong)(tong)。該系統(tong)(tong)安(an)全(quan)系數(shu)高(gao),可按流(liu)量需要(yao)靈活增加在(zai)線單元(yuan)(yuan)數(shu)量。模(mo)塊化(hua)(hua)自清洗(xi)(xi)過濾器(qi)(qi)自動(dong)化(hua)(hua)運行,免人工清洗(xi)(xi),擴展(zhan)性強,可外接高(gao)壓反沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)流(liu)體,低(di)(di)壓差工作(zuo),采用(yong)(yong)V-SLOT 濾元(yuan)(yuan),反沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)徹底,反沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)耗用(yong)(yong)液體少。模(mo)塊化(hua)(hua)自清洗(xi)(xi)過濾器(qi)(qi)能凈化(hua)(hua)流(liu)體,保(bao)護后道關鍵設備(bei),也能利用(yong)(yong)其(qi)反沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)排出液回收昂貴固體顆粒。產品適用(yong)(yong)于(yu)低(di)(di)粘性液體,如:原水(shui)(shui)、污水(shui)(shui)、汽油(you)、重型焦化(hua)(hua)汽油(you)、柴油(you)、渣油(you)等。
模塊化自(zi)清洗過濾器(qi)細分為(wei)四個系列:
MDS-CFR系(xi)(xi)列(lie)(lie),濾(lv)(lv)液(ye)自(zi)動反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗型,利用(yong)其他過濾(lv)(lv)單元的濾(lv)(lv)液(ye)逆流來沖(chong)(chong)洗濾(lv)(lv)元外表(biao)面濾(lv)(lv)餅(bing);MDS-CFV系(xi)(xi)列(lie)(lie),外接流體(ti)自(zi)動反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗,利用(yong)外接的潔凈流體(ti)(液(ye)體(ti)或氣(qi)體(ti))沖(chong)(chong)洗濾(lv)(lv)元表(biao)面濾(lv)(lv)餅(bing);MDS-CFT系(xi)(xi)列(lie)(lie),濾(lv)(lv)液(ye)手動反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗型;MDS-CFG系(xi)(xi)列(lie)(lie),外接流體(ti)手動反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗型。
模塊(kuai)化自清(qing)洗過濾器工作原(yuan)理:
液(ye)體(ti)從入口(kou)總管(guan)流(liu)(liu)入,進(jin)入到(dao)(dao)(dao)各(ge)個(ge)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單元(yuan)的入口(kou), 液(ye)體(ti)從外(wai)(wai)(wai)向內透過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan)外(wai)(wai)(wai)表(biao)面,流(liu)(liu)向各(ge)個(ge)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單元(yuan)出口(kou),匯聚到(dao)(dao)(dao)出口(kou)總管(guan)后流(liu)(liu)出,顆粒雜質被攔截(jie)在(zai)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan)外(wai)(wai)(wai)表(biao)面,累積形成濾(lv)(lv)(lv)餅,當(dang)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)壓差逐漸升高(gao)達到(dao)(dao)(dao)預設值時(shi)(通常為70-130Kpa),或者清(qing)洗(xi)(xi)時(shi)間周期(qi)到(dao)(dao)(dao)時(shi),控制系統啟動反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)動作,對每個(ge)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單元(yuan)逐一(yi)反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi),整個(ge)反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)過(guo)(guo)程完成,當(dang)某一(yi)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單元(yuan)被反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)時(shi),其他單元(yuan)仍正常過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)。根據反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)液(ye)體(ti)來源不同,反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)方(fang)式(shi)分為:濾(lv)(lv)(lv)出清(qing)液(ye)反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)型、外(wai)(wai)(wai)接清(qing)液(ye)反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)型。反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)原理如下:
濾出清(qing)液反(fan)沖(chong)型:
過濾時:進出口閥門打開,反洗閥門關閉。
反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)時(shi):控制(zhi)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)關(guan)閉一(yi)個過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單元(yuan)的進(jin)口閥(fa)門(men),同(tong)時(shi)打開反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)閥(fa),由于在濾(lv)(lv)元(yuan)內部和反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)出(chu)口(連接大氣(qi))之(zhi)間存在壓(ya)差,其它(ta)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單元(yuan)的部分濾(lv)(lv)出(chu)清(qing)液(ye)(ye)會流向這(zhe)個過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單元(yuan),迅速反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)濾(lv)(lv)元(yuan),把濾(lv)(lv)元(yuan)外表面(mian)的雜質沖(chong)(chong)掉,經反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)總管排走,然后關(guan)閉反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)閥(fa)并打開進(jin)口控制(zhi)閥(fa)進(jin)行(xing)繼續(xu)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)作業;此時(shi)控制(zhi)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)對下一(yi)個過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單元(yuan)執行(xing)一(yi)樣的反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)動作,直(zhi)到逐(zhu)一(yi)反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)完所(suo)有過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單元(yuan)。濾(lv)(lv)出(chu)清(qing)液(ye)(ye)反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)型,適用于水及低粘性液(ye)(ye)體(ti),入(ru)口壓(ya)力(li)要求大于0.3Mpa(視精度、粘度而(er)有一(yi)定差異)。
外接清液反沖型:
過濾時:進出(chu)口(kou)閥門(men)打(da)開(kai),反洗進出(chu)口(kou)控制閥門(men)關閉。
反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)時:控(kong)制(zhi)系統關(guan)閉一(yi)個過(guo)濾(lv)單元(yuan)(yuan)的(de)(de)進口(kou)(kou)(kou)閥(fa)(fa)門和出(chu)口(kou)(kou)(kou)閥(fa)(fa)門,打開(kai)反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)入口(kou)(kou)(kou)閥(fa)(fa)門和出(chu)口(kou)(kou)(kou)閥(fa)(fa)門,利用外接清潔液(ye)體(ti)或(huo)氣體(ti)反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)濾(lv)元(yuan)(yuan),把濾(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)外表面(mian)的(de)(de)雜質沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)掉,經反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)總管排(pai)走,然后關(guan)閉反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)進出(chu)口(kou)(kou)(kou)閥(fa)(fa),打開(kai)液(ye)體(ti)進出(chu)口(kou)(kou)(kou)閥(fa)(fa)進行(xing)繼續過(guo)濾(lv)作業;控(kong)制(zhi)系統對下一(yi)個過(guo)濾(lv)單元(yuan)(yuan)執行(xing)一(yi)樣(yang)的(de)(de)反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)動作,直到逐一(yi)反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)完所有過(guo)濾(lv)單元(yuan)(yuan)。外接清液(ye)反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)型,適用于(yu)(yu)粘性稍高的(de)(de)液(ye)體(ti),或(huo)入口(kou)(kou)(kou)壓力小于(yu)(yu)0.3Mpa的(de)(de)場合(視精(jing)度(du)(du)、粘度(du)(du)而有一(yi)定差(cha)異)。

MDS-CF過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)器配備V-SLOT縫隙(xi)型(xing)精密金屬(shu)濾(lv)(lv)元(yuan),濾(lv)(lv)元(yuan)有(you)兩種可(ke)選,A型(xing)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)面(mian)積0.267平方(fang)米(mi)(mi)(mi);B型(xing)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)面(mian)積0.314平方(fang)米(mi)(mi)(mi),B型(xing)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)面(mian)積比A型(xing)多17%,適(shi)用(yong)小于100微米(mi)(mi)(mi)以下(xia)的過(guo)濾(lv)(lv),過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)器可(ke)以更緊湊(cou),A型(xing)適(shi)用(yong)大于100微米(mi)(mi)(mi)以上的過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)。
