柏之瑞(rui)模(mo)塊(kuai)化(hua)自(zi)清(qing)(qing)洗過濾器(qi)基于模(mo)塊(kuai)化(hua)理念設(she)(she)計(ji),將(jiang)多個標準過濾單(dan)元(yuan)組成全(quan)自(zi)動過濾系(xi)統。該系(xi)統安全(quan)系(xi)數(shu)高(gao),可按流(liu)量需(xu)要靈(ling)活增加在(zai)線單(dan)元(yuan)數(shu)量。模(mo)塊(kuai)化(hua)自(zi)清(qing)(qing)洗過濾器(qi)自(zi)動化(hua)運行(xing),免(mian)人工(gong)(gong)清(qing)(qing)洗,擴(kuo)展性(xing)(xing)強,可外接高(gao)壓(ya)反沖(chong)洗流(liu)體,低(di)(di)壓(ya)差工(gong)(gong)作,采用(yong)V-SLOT 濾元(yuan),反沖(chong)洗徹(che)底,反沖(chong)洗耗用(yong)液(ye)體少。模(mo)塊(kuai)化(hua)自(zi)清(qing)(qing)洗過濾器(qi)能凈化(hua)流(liu)體,保(bao)護后(hou)道關鍵設(she)(she)備,也能利用(yong)其(qi)反沖(chong)洗排出(chu)液(ye)回收(shou)昂(ang)貴固(gu)體顆(ke)粒。產品適用(yong)于低(di)(di)粘性(xing)(xing)液(ye)體,如:原水(shui)、污水(shui)、汽油(you)、重型焦化(hua)汽油(you)、柴油(you)、渣(zha)油(you)等。
模塊化自(zi)清洗過濾器(qi)細分為四(si)個系列(lie):
MDS-CFR系列(lie),濾(lv)液(ye)自動(dong)反(fan)沖洗(xi)型(xing),利用(yong)其他過濾(lv)單元(yuan)的濾(lv)液(ye)逆(ni)流(liu)來沖洗(xi)濾(lv)元(yuan)外(wai)表面濾(lv)餅;MDS-CFV系列(lie),外(wai)接流(liu)體(ti)(ti)(ti)自動(dong)反(fan)沖洗(xi),利用(yong)外(wai)接的潔凈流(liu)體(ti)(ti)(ti)(液(ye)體(ti)(ti)(ti)或氣體(ti)(ti)(ti))沖洗(xi)濾(lv)元(yuan)表面濾(lv)餅;MDS-CFT系列(lie),濾(lv)液(ye)手動(dong)反(fan)沖洗(xi)型(xing);MDS-CFG系列(lie),外(wai)接流(liu)體(ti)(ti)(ti)手動(dong)反(fan)沖洗(xi)型(xing)。
模塊化自清洗過濾器工作原理:
液體從入(ru)口(kou)總管流(liu)入(ru),進入(ru)到(dao)各個過(guo)濾單(dan)(dan)元的入(ru)口(kou), 液體從外(wai)(wai)向內透過(guo)濾元外(wai)(wai)表面(mian),流(liu)向各個過(guo)濾單(dan)(dan)元出口(kou),匯聚到(dao)出口(kou)總管后流(liu)出,顆(ke)粒雜質被攔(lan)截在濾元外(wai)(wai)表面(mian),累積形成(cheng)濾餅,當過(guo)濾壓差逐(zhu)(zhu)漸升高達(da)到(dao)預設(she)值時(通常為(wei)70-130Kpa),或者清洗(xi)時間周期到(dao)時,控制系統啟(qi)動反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)動作,對每個過(guo)濾單(dan)(dan)元逐(zhu)(zhu)一反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi),整個反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)過(guo)程完成(cheng),當某一過(guo)濾單(dan)(dan)元被反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)時,其他(ta)單(dan)(dan)元仍正常過(guo)濾。根據反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)液體來(lai)源不同,反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)方式分為(wei):濾出清液反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)型、外(wai)(wai)接清液反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)型。反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)原理如下:
濾出清液反(fan)沖(chong)型:
過濾時:進出口閥門打開,反洗閥門關閉。
反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)時:控制(zhi)系(xi)(xi)統關(guan)閉(bi)一(yi)(yi)(yi)個(ge)(ge)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)的(de)(de)進(jin)口(kou)閥門,同(tong)時打開反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)閥,由于(yu)在濾(lv)(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)內部(bu)和反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)出(chu)口(kou)(連(lian)接大氣)之間存在壓差,其它過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)的(de)(de)部(bu)分濾(lv)(lv)出(chu)清(qing)液(ye)會流向這個(ge)(ge)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan),迅速反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)濾(lv)(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan),把濾(lv)(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)外表面的(de)(de)雜(za)質沖(chong)(chong)(chong)掉(diao),經反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)總管排(pai)走,然(ran)后關(guan)閉(bi)反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)閥并打開進(jin)口(kou)控制(zhi)閥進(jin)行繼續過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)作業;此(ci)時控制(zhi)系(xi)(xi)統對(dui)下一(yi)(yi)(yi)個(ge)(ge)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)執行一(yi)(yi)(yi)樣的(de)(de)反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)動(dong)作,直(zhi)到(dao)逐一(yi)(yi)(yi)反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)完所(suo)有過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)。濾(lv)(lv)出(chu)清(qing)液(ye)反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)型(xing),適用(yong)于(yu)水及低粘性液(ye)體(ti),入口(kou)壓力(li)要求大于(yu)0.3Mpa(視(shi)精(jing)度、粘度而(er)有一(yi)(yi)(yi)定差異)。
外接清液反沖型:
過濾(lv)時:進(jin)出口閥門(men)打開,反洗進(jin)出口控制閥門(men)關閉。
反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)時:控制(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)(xi)統關閉一(yi)個過濾(lv)單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)的(de)(de)進口(kou)(kou)閥門(men)(men)和(he)出口(kou)(kou)閥門(men)(men),打(da)開反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)入口(kou)(kou)閥門(men)(men)和(he)出口(kou)(kou)閥門(men)(men),利用外(wai)接清(qing)潔液(ye)體或氣體反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)濾(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan),把濾(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)外(wai)表(biao)面的(de)(de)雜質沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)掉,經反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)總(zong)管(guan)排(pai)走(zou),然后關閉反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)進出口(kou)(kou)閥,打(da)開液(ye)體進出口(kou)(kou)閥進行(xing)繼(ji)續(xu)過濾(lv)作業;控制(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)(xi)統對下(xia)一(yi)個過濾(lv)單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)執行(xing)一(yi)樣的(de)(de)反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)動作,直到(dao)逐(zhu)一(yi)反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)完所有過濾(lv)單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)。外(wai)接清(qing)液(ye)反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)型,適用于(yu)粘性(xing)稍高的(de)(de)液(ye)體,或入口(kou)(kou)壓力小于(yu)0.3Mpa的(de)(de)場(chang)合(視精(jing)度、粘度而有一(yi)定差異)。
模塊(kuai)化(hua)自清(qing)洗過濾器配置說明(ming):
MDS-CF過濾器(qi)配備V-SLOT縫隙型(xing)精密(mi)金屬濾元(yuan),濾元(yuan)有兩種可選(xuan),A型(xing)過濾面積(ji)0.267平方(fang)米(mi);B型(xing)過濾面積(ji)0.314平方(fang)米(mi),B型(xing)過濾面積(ji)比A型(xing)多17%,適用(yong)小于100微米(mi)以(yi)下的(de)過濾,過濾器(qi)可以(yi)更緊湊,A型(xing)適用(yong)大(da)于100微米(mi)以(yi)上的(de)過濾。
V-SLOT濾元具有以(yi)下突出優點:
