模塊化自(zi)清洗過濾器工(gong)作原理:
液體(ti)(ti)從入口(kou)(kou)總管(guan)流(liu)入,進(jin)入到(dao)各個過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)元的入口(kou)(kou), 液體(ti)(ti)從外(wai)(wai)向內透過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)元外(wai)(wai)表面,流(liu)向各個過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)元出(chu)(chu)口(kou)(kou),匯(hui)聚到(dao)出(chu)(chu)口(kou)(kou)總管(guan)后(hou)流(liu)出(chu)(chu),顆粒雜(za)質被攔(lan)截(jie)在濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)元外(wai)(wai)表面,累(lei)積形成(cheng)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)餅,當(dang)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)壓差(cha)逐漸升高達(da)到(dao)預設值時(通常為70-130Kpa),或(huo)者清(qing)(qing)洗(xi)時間周期到(dao)時,控(kong)制系統啟動反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)動作,對每個過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)元逐一反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi),整個反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)過(guo)(guo)程完成(cheng),當(dang)某一過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)元被反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)時,其他單(dan)元仍正常過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)。根據反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)液體(ti)(ti)來源不同,反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)方式分為:濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)出(chu)(chu)清(qing)(qing)液反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)型、外(wai)(wai)接清(qing)(qing)液反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)型。反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)原理如(ru)下:
濾出清(qing)液反沖型:
過濾(lv)時:進出口閥門打(da)開,反洗閥門關閉。
反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)時:控制(zhi)系(xi)統關(guan)閉(bi)一(yi)個過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)的進(jin)口(kou)閥(fa)(fa)門,同時打開(kai)反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)閥(fa)(fa),由于在濾(lv)(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)內部(bu)和反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)出(chu)(chu)口(kou)(連(lian)接大氣)之(zhi)間存在壓差,其它(ta)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)的部(bu)分濾(lv)(lv)出(chu)(chu)清(qing)液(ye)會(hui)流向這個過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan),迅速反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)濾(lv)(lv)元(yuan)(yuan),把濾(lv)(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)外表面(mian)的雜質沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)掉(diao),經(jing)反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)總管排走,然后(hou)關(guan)閉(bi)反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)閥(fa)(fa)并打開(kai)進(jin)口(kou)控制(zhi)閥(fa)(fa)進(jin)行(xing)繼續(xu)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)作業;此時控制(zhi)系(xi)統對下(xia)一(yi)個過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)執行(xing)一(yi)樣的反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)動作,直到(dao)逐一(yi)反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)完所(suo)有過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)。濾(lv)(lv)出(chu)(chu)清(qing)液(ye)反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)型,適用(yong)于水及低(di)粘(zhan)性液(ye)體,入口(kou)壓力(li)要求(qiu)大于0.3Mpa(視精度(du)、粘(zhan)度(du)而有一(yi)定差異)。
外接清(qing)液反(fan)沖型:
過濾(lv)時:進出口(kou)閥門(men)打開,反(fan)洗進出口(kou)控制閥門(men)關閉(bi)。
反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖洗(xi)時:控制系統關閉一(yi)個過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)單(dan)元的進(jin)(jin)(jin)口(kou)閥門(men)(men)(men)和出(chu)(chu)(chu)口(kou)閥門(men)(men)(men),打開反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖洗(xi)入口(kou)閥門(men)(men)(men)和出(chu)(chu)(chu)口(kou)閥門(men)(men)(men),利用外接清潔液體或(huo)氣體反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖洗(xi)濾(lv)元,把濾(lv)元外表(biao)面的雜(za)質沖洗(xi)掉,經(jing)反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖洗(xi)總管排走,然后關閉反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖洗(xi)進(jin)(jin)(jin)出(chu)(chu)(chu)口(kou)閥,打開液體進(jin)(jin)(jin)出(chu)(chu)(chu)口(kou)閥進(jin)(jin)(jin)行繼續過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)作(zuo)業;控制系統對下一(yi)個過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)單(dan)元執(zhi)行一(yi)樣的反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖洗(xi)動作(zuo),直到逐一(yi)反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖洗(xi)完(wan)所有(you)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)單(dan)元。外接清液反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖型,適用于粘性稍高(gao)的液體,或(huo)入口(kou)壓(ya)力小于0.3Mpa的場合(he)(視(shi)精(jing)度、粘度而(er)有(you)一(yi)定差異)。

MDS-CF過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)器(qi)配備V-SLOT縫隙(xi)型(xing)(xing)精(jing)密(mi)金屬濾(lv)(lv)元,濾(lv)(lv)元有兩種可選,A型(xing)(xing)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)面(mian)積0.267平方(fang)米(mi);B型(xing)(xing)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)面(mian)積0.314平方(fang)米(mi),B型(xing)(xing)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)面(mian)積比A型(xing)(xing)多(duo)17%,適用(yong)小于100微米(mi)以(yi)(yi)下的過(guo)濾(lv)(lv),過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)器(qi)可以(yi)(yi)更緊(jin)湊,A型(xing)(xing)適用(yong)大于100微米(mi)以(yi)(yi)上的過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)。
