柏之瑞模塊(kuai)化(hua)(hua)(hua)自(zi)(zi)清(qing)洗(xi)(xi)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)器(qi)(qi)基(ji)于模塊(kuai)化(hua)(hua)(hua)理(li)念(nian)設計,將多個標準過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)單元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)組成全自(zi)(zi)動過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)。該系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)安全系(xi)(xi)數(shu)高(gao),可(ke)按流(liu)量需(xu)要靈活(huo)增加在線單元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)數(shu)量。模塊(kuai)化(hua)(hua)(hua)自(zi)(zi)清(qing)洗(xi)(xi)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)器(qi)(qi)自(zi)(zi)動化(hua)(hua)(hua)運(yun)行,免人工清(qing)洗(xi)(xi),擴展性強,可(ke)外接高(gao)壓反(fan)(fan)沖洗(xi)(xi)流(liu)體(ti)(ti),低壓差工作,采用(yong)V-SLOT 濾(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan),反(fan)(fan)沖洗(xi)(xi)徹(che)底,反(fan)(fan)沖洗(xi)(xi)耗(hao)用(yong)液(ye)體(ti)(ti)少(shao)。模塊(kuai)化(hua)(hua)(hua)自(zi)(zi)清(qing)洗(xi)(xi)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)器(qi)(qi)能凈化(hua)(hua)(hua)流(liu)體(ti)(ti),保(bao)護后道關鍵(jian)設備,也能利用(yong)其反(fan)(fan)沖洗(xi)(xi)排出液(ye)回收昂貴固(gu)體(ti)(ti)顆粒。產品適用(yong)于低粘(zhan)性液(ye)體(ti)(ti),如:原水(shui)、污水(shui)、汽油、重型焦(jiao)化(hua)(hua)(hua)汽油、柴油、渣油等。
模塊化(hua)自清洗(xi)過濾器細(xi)分為四個系列(lie):
MDS-CFR系(xi)(xi)列(lie)(lie),濾(lv)液自動反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗型(xing),利用(yong)其他過濾(lv)單元(yuan)的濾(lv)液逆流來(lai)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗濾(lv)元(yuan)外(wai)表(biao)面濾(lv)餅;MDS-CFV系(xi)(xi)列(lie)(lie),外(wai)接(jie)(jie)(jie)流體自動反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗,利用(yong)外(wai)接(jie)(jie)(jie)的潔凈流體(液體或氣體)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗濾(lv)元(yuan)表(biao)面濾(lv)餅;MDS-CFT系(xi)(xi)列(lie)(lie),濾(lv)液手(shou)動反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗型(xing);MDS-CFG系(xi)(xi)列(lie)(lie),外(wai)接(jie)(jie)(jie)流體手(shou)動反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗型(xing)。
模塊化自清洗過(guo)濾器工作(zuo)原(yuan)理:
液(ye)體從入(ru)口(kou)總管流入(ru),進入(ru)到(dao)各(ge)(ge)個過(guo)濾(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)的入(ru)口(kou), 液(ye)體從外向(xiang)內透過(guo)濾(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)外表面,流向(xiang)各(ge)(ge)個過(guo)濾(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)出(chu)(chu)口(kou),匯聚到(dao)出(chu)(chu)口(kou)總管后(hou)流出(chu)(chu),顆粒雜(za)質被攔(lan)截在(zai)濾(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)外表面,累積形(xing)成(cheng)濾(lv)餅,當過(guo)濾(lv)壓差逐漸(jian)升(sheng)高達(da)到(dao)預(yu)設(she)值時(通常為70-130Kpa),或者清洗(xi)(xi)(xi)時間周期到(dao)時,控制系統啟動(dong)反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)動(dong)作(zuo),對每個過(guo)濾(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)逐一(yi)反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi),整個反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)過(guo)程完成(cheng),當某一(yi)過(guo)濾(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)被反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)時,其他單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)仍正常過(guo)濾(lv)。根據反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)液(ye)體來源(yuan)不(bu)同,反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)方式分(fen)為:濾(lv)出(chu)(chu)清液(ye)反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)型、外接清液(ye)反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)型。反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)原理如下:
濾出(chu)清液反沖型:
過濾時:進出口(kou)閥門打(da)開,反(fan)洗閥門關(guan)閉(bi)。
反(fan)沖洗(xi)時(shi):控制(zhi)系(xi)統(tong)關閉一(yi)(yi)個過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)的(de)進口閥(fa)門,同時(shi)打開反(fan)沖洗(xi)閥(fa),由(you)于在濾(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)內(nei)部和(he)反(fan)沖洗(xi)出(chu)口(連接大氣)之間(jian)存在壓(ya)差,其(qi)它(ta)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)的(de)部分濾(lv)(lv)(lv)出(chu)清(qing)液(ye)會流(liu)向這個過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan),迅(xun)速反(fan)沖洗(xi)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan)(yuan),把(ba)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)外表面(mian)的(de)雜質(zhi)沖掉,經反(fan)沖洗(xi)總管排走(zou),然后關閉反(fan)沖洗(xi)閥(fa)并打開進口控制(zhi)閥(fa)進行繼續(xu)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)作(zuo)業;此時(shi)控制(zhi)系(xi)統(tong)對下一(yi)(yi)個過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)執行一(yi)(yi)樣的(de)反(fan)沖洗(xi)動(dong)作(zuo),直到逐一(yi)(yi)反(fan)沖洗(xi)完(wan)所(suo)有過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)。濾(lv)(lv)(lv)出(chu)清(qing)液(ye)反(fan)沖型,適用于水及低(di)粘性液(ye)體(ti),入口壓(ya)力(li)要求大于0.3Mpa(視精度(du)、粘度(du)而有一(yi)(yi)定差異)。
外接(jie)清液(ye)反沖型:
過濾時:進(jin)出(chu)口(kou)閥門(men)打開,反洗(xi)進(jin)出(chu)口(kou)控制(zhi)閥門(men)關(guan)閉。
反沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)時:控制系統(tong)關(guan)閉一(yi)個過濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)的進(jin)口閥(fa)門和出(chu)口閥(fa)門,打開(kai)(kai)反沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)入口閥(fa)門和出(chu)口閥(fa)門,利(li)用外(wai)(wai)接清潔(jie)液(ye)(ye)體(ti)或氣體(ti)反沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)濾(lv)(lv)元(yuan),把濾(lv)(lv)元(yuan)外(wai)(wai)表面的雜質沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)掉,經反沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)總管排走,然后關(guan)閉反沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)進(jin)出(chu)口閥(fa),打開(kai)(kai)液(ye)(ye)體(ti)進(jin)出(chu)口閥(fa)進(jin)行(xing)繼續過濾(lv)(lv)作(zuo)業;控制系統(tong)對(dui)下一(yi)個過濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)執行(xing)一(yi)樣的反沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)動(dong)作(zuo),直到逐一(yi)反沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)完所有過濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)。外(wai)(wai)接清液(ye)(ye)反沖(chong)(chong)型,適用于粘性稍(shao)高的液(ye)(ye)體(ti),或入口壓力小于0.3Mpa的場合(視精度(du)、粘度(du)而有一(yi)定差(cha)異)。

MDS-CF過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)器(qi)配備V-SLOT縫隙型(xing)精密金屬(shu)濾(lv)(lv)元,濾(lv)(lv)元有兩種(zhong)可(ke)選,A型(xing)過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)面(mian)積(ji)(ji)0.267平方米(mi);B型(xing)過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)面(mian)積(ji)(ji)0.314平方米(mi),B型(xing)過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)面(mian)積(ji)(ji)比A型(xing)多(duo)17%,適(shi)用小于(yu)100微(wei)米(mi)以下的(de)過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv),過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)器(qi)可(ke)以更緊湊,A型(xing)適(shi)用大于(yu)100微(wei)米(mi)以上的(de)過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)。
