柏(bo)之瑞模塊(kuai)化自清(qing)洗(xi)(xi)過濾(lv)器基于(yu)模塊(kuai)化理念(nian)設計,將(jiang)多(duo)個標準過濾(lv)單(dan)元組成全自動過濾(lv)系統(tong)。該系統(tong)安全系數(shu)高(gao),可(ke)按流(liu)(liu)(liu)量需要靈活增加在線單(dan)元數(shu)量。模塊(kuai)化自清(qing)洗(xi)(xi)過濾(lv)器自動化運(yun)行,免人(ren)工清(qing)洗(xi)(xi),擴(kuo)展性強,可(ke)外接高(gao)壓(ya)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)流(liu)(liu)(liu)體(ti)(ti),低(di)壓(ya)差工作,采用V-SLOT 濾(lv)元,反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)徹底,反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)耗用液(ye)體(ti)(ti)少。模塊(kuai)化自清(qing)洗(xi)(xi)過濾(lv)器能凈化流(liu)(liu)(liu)體(ti)(ti),保護(hu)后道關鍵設備,也能利(li)用其反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)排出(chu)液(ye)回收昂貴(gui)固體(ti)(ti)顆粒。產品適用于(yu)低(di)粘性液(ye)體(ti)(ti),如(ru):原(yuan)水、污水、汽(qi)油、重(zhong)型焦化汽(qi)油、柴油、渣油等(deng)。

MDS-CFR系(xi)列,濾(lv)(lv)(lv)液(ye)(ye)自動(dong)反(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)型(xing),利(li)用其他過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單元(yuan)的濾(lv)(lv)(lv)液(ye)(ye)逆(ni)流(liu)來沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan)外(wai)(wai)表面濾(lv)(lv)(lv)餅;MDS-CFV系(xi)列,外(wai)(wai)接流(liu)體(ti)自動(dong)反(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi),利(li)用外(wai)(wai)接的潔凈流(liu)體(ti)(液(ye)(ye)體(ti)或氣(qi)體(ti))沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan)表面濾(lv)(lv)(lv)餅;MDS-CFT系(xi)列,濾(lv)(lv)(lv)液(ye)(ye)手動(dong)反(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)型(xing);MDS-CFG系(xi)列,外(wai)(wai)接流(liu)體(ti)手動(dong)反(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)型(xing)。
模塊化自(zi)清洗(xi)過濾器工作原理(li):
液(ye)(ye)體(ti)(ti)從入口(kou)總(zong)管流入,進入到(dao)(dao)各(ge)(ge)個(ge)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)單元(yuan)(yuan)的入口(kou), 液(ye)(ye)體(ti)(ti)從外(wai)向(xiang)內透過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)外(wai)表(biao)面,流向(xiang)各(ge)(ge)個(ge)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)單元(yuan)(yuan)出(chu)(chu)口(kou),匯聚到(dao)(dao)出(chu)(chu)口(kou)總(zong)管后流出(chu)(chu),顆粒雜質(zhi)被(bei)攔截在濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)外(wai)表(biao)面,累積形成(cheng)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)餅,當過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)壓差逐漸升高達到(dao)(dao)預設值時(shi)(shi)(通常為70-130Kpa),或者清(qing)(qing)洗時(shi)(shi)間周期(qi)到(dao)(dao)時(shi)(shi),控制(zhi)系統(tong)啟動反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗動作,對每個(ge)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)單元(yuan)(yuan)逐一(yi)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗,整個(ge)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)過(guo)程完成(cheng),當某一(yi)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)單元(yuan)(yuan)被(bei)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)時(shi)(shi),其他單元(yuan)(yuan)仍正常過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)。根據(ju)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗液(ye)(ye)體(ti)(ti)來源不同,反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)方(fang)式分為:濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)出(chu)(chu)清(qing)(qing)液(ye)(ye)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)型(xing)、外(wai)接(jie)清(qing)(qing)液(ye)(ye)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)型(xing)。反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗原理如下:
濾(lv)出(chu)清(qing)液反(fan)沖型:
過濾時:進出(chu)口閥門打(da)開,反洗閥門關閉。
反沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)時:控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)系統(tong)關閉(bi)(bi)一(yi)個(ge)過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)的(de)進(jin)(jin)口(kou)(kou)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)門,同時打開(kai)反沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)閥(fa)(fa)(fa),由于在濾(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)內(nei)部和反沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)出(chu)口(kou)(kou)(連(lian)接(jie)大(da)氣)之(zhi)間存(cun)在壓差,其(qi)它(ta)過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)的(de)部分(fen)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)出(chu)清液會流(liu)向這(zhe)個(ge)過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan),迅(xun)速反沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan)(yuan),把濾(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)外(wai)表面(mian)的(de)雜(za)質沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)掉,經(jing)反沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)總管排走,然后(hou)關閉(bi)(bi)反沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)并打開(kai)進(jin)(jin)口(kou)(kou)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)繼續過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)作(zuo)業;此時控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)系統(tong)對下(xia)一(yi)個(ge)過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)執行(xing)一(yi)樣(yang)的(de)反沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)動作(zuo),直到逐一(yi)反沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)完所(suo)有過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)。濾(lv)(lv)(lv)出(chu)清液反沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)型,適用于水及(ji)低粘(zhan)性(xing)液體,入口(kou)(kou)壓力要求大(da)于0.3Mpa(視精度、粘(zhan)度而(er)有一(yi)定差異)。
外(wai)接(jie)清液(ye)反沖(chong)型:
過濾時:進出(chu)口閥(fa)門打開(kai),反洗進出(chu)口控制閥(fa)門關閉。
反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)時:控(kong)制系統關閉一(yi)個(ge)過濾(lv)單元的(de)(de)進口(kou)(kou)閥(fa)(fa)門和出口(kou)(kou)閥(fa)(fa)門,打開反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)入(ru)(ru)口(kou)(kou)閥(fa)(fa)門和出口(kou)(kou)閥(fa)(fa)門,利用外接清(qing)(qing)潔液(ye)體或氣體反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)濾(lv)元,把(ba)濾(lv)元外表(biao)面的(de)(de)雜質沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)掉,經(jing)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)總管(guan)排走,然后關閉反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)進出口(kou)(kou)閥(fa)(fa),打開液(ye)體進出口(kou)(kou)閥(fa)(fa)進行(xing)繼續過濾(lv)作(zuo)業(ye);控(kong)制系統對下(xia)一(yi)個(ge)過濾(lv)單元執(zhi)行(xing)一(yi)樣的(de)(de)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)動作(zuo),直(zhi)到(dao)逐一(yi)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)完所(suo)有(you)過濾(lv)單元。外接清(qing)(qing)液(ye)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)型,適(shi)用于粘性稍高的(de)(de)液(ye)體,或入(ru)(ru)口(kou)(kou)壓力小(xiao)于0.3Mpa的(de)(de)場合(視(shi)精度(du)、粘度(du)而有(you)一(yi)定(ding)差異)。

MDS-CF過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾器配備V-SLOT縫隙型精密金屬濾元,濾元有兩種可(ke)選(xuan),A型過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾面(mian)積(ji)0.267平方米;B型過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾面(mian)積(ji)0.314平方米,B型過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾面(mian)積(ji)比A型多17%,適用小于(yu)100微米以下的(de)過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾,過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾器可(ke)以更緊湊,A型適用大(da)于(yu)100微米以上的(de)過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾。
